Load features from a selection into a palette in the Feature Palette.

Procedure:
1. Make a layer active
2. Select one or more features.
3. Select the Load Features from Selection command
The new feature is displayed as icons in the Feature Palette.
4. Save the feature palette.
> Load > Selection (Feature Palette)
