Export Raster Product

The Raster Product Export tool is both an export tool and a template management tool.

It is an export tool in that you can export a raster surface and its metadata to a number of different formats. The output can be a raster surface or a raster image that records the georeferenced information within the file. For a raster surface, the following raster DEM formats are available:

• BAG

• CSAR

• ESRI ASCII

• GeoTIFF

• USGS ASCII DEM

For a raster image the following formats are available:

• CSAR Image

• GeoTiff Image

• PNG Image

• JPEG Image

Metadata files can also be exported as part of a raster surface product.

It is a template management tool in that you can create product templates for exporting raster products and then perform exports using the templates. Products include any combination of the available output formats, as well as metadata and settings for clipping and tiling.
