Menu | File > Export > Sheet > Georeferenced DXF |
Export the sheet to a georeferenced DXF file. The coordinate system is user selected.
Coordinate information is stored in a DXF_RXL file. This file has the same name as the exported DXF chart and is saved in the same location. If the DXF_RXL file is deleted, no coordinate reference system is associated with the DXF chart.
A specific area of the sheet can be exported using the Set Export Area command.

Properties | Description |

Output File Name | The name of the exported DXF file. 1. Click Browse to open the Save As dialog box. 2. Select a path and enter a name for the file. 3. Click Save. The path and name are listed in the dialog box. |
Image Export Resolution | Resolution for images associated with the panel. This option is only for images and not the file. Type a resolution value. |
Coordinate Reference System | The coordinate reference system (CRS). When the DXF file is exported, the coordinate information is stored in a DXF_RXL file that is saved in the same location as the exported DXF file. 1. Click Browse to open the Coordinate Reference System dialog box. 2. Select a CRS by typing the name in the search filter or select a favourite. 3. Click OK. The selected CRS is displayed in the dialog box. |
Procedure
1. In the Layers window, select Sheet layer.
2. Select the Export Sheet to Georeferenced DXF command.
The Properties window is displayed.
3. Define any necessary properties and click OK.
A progress bar appears.
To cancel the export at any time, select the Esc key and confirm your action by clicking Yes in the pop-up window.
