Use the Import Sensor Data process to convert raw data into HIPS data format using an automated process (see Import > Sensor Data).
Use the Import Auxiliary Data process to import post-processed data such as Delayed Heave, navigation, motion and Real Time (RMS) uncertainty data.
Use the Save Project command to save the current workspace containing the data and current view.
