There are two ways you can monitor CARIS Onboard while it is running:
• with the CARIS Onboard Service and
• with the Onboard Control Centre.
CARIS Onboard Service
The Onboard service, which allows you to connect through The CARIS Onboard Viewer, or other CARIS applications, and view a product (such as a grid or mosaic) being updated in real-time as Onboard processes data. See Connecting to the Onboard Service for more information.

Onboard Control Centre
The Onboard Control Centre provides two options for monitoring the processing of files: a web map viewer and the Processing Status panel. Each of these tools are described in this topic.
