Add inner rings to a superselected area using one or more smaller selected areas as templates.
An inner ring is a hole in an area. It must be completely inside the area and the edges of the inner ring must not touch the boundary of the outer area.
Because it is invalid for most areas to overlap other areas, inner rings must be cut in the larger area to hold the smaller areas.
After the command is used, each small area shares an edge with the larger area so that if you modify the geometry of one, the other will be changed to match.
