This command is used in conjunction with the Edit Mode command.
Vertices are often shared between more than one feature, such as when a depth area meets a land area. If the feature you are editing shares vertices with one or more other features, you can choose to apply your edits to the all features. This is sometimes called sticky mode.
This command is a toggle. If it is on, moving a vertex updates all features that share the vertex. If it is off, only the selected feature is updated. You can toggle this command on and off at any point while editing.
