Use the Query command to view information about data selected in the Display or editor windows. Data displayed in the Selection window will vary with the attributes of the type of data selected.

1. Select the data that you want to query.

2. Select the Query command.

The data is displayed in the Selection window.

Note: When you select data in the 3D View, all data in the highlighted area is selected, not just the visible data.
