Create Vessel Shape Outline

This procedure lets you create a 3D outline of the vessel by defining its dimensions, as well as the position of the reference point (RP) in the vessel. You can also use this procedure to revise an existing vessel outline.

Creating the 3D outline is not necessary for processing, but it is useful for visualizing the vessel in the 3D display.

To create or edit a 3D outline:

1. Open the vessel file if it is not already open.

2. In the Vessels window, select the vessel (or any of its components).

3. Select the Vessel Shape command.
