Purge Rejected Contacts

Delete a rejected contact from the selected line.

Contacts that have been rejected during editing can be restored using the Accept command. However, if you want to permanently remove a contact from the project, use the Purge command. This command will delete all contacts with Rejected status.

Procedure

To delete rejected contacts from the data file.

2. Select the Purge Rejected Contacts command.

All rejected contacts are deleted.
