Extend Project

Extend the boundary of an isolated project. The project can have any status flag.

Available only to users with a Project Manager or Administration role.

Procedure

1. Select the Project Boundaries layer of an isolated project.

2. Select the project in the display window.

3. Select the Extend Project command.

The cursor changes.

You can now draw a rectangle or a closed line to extend the boundaries.

4. Right-click and select the line style from the pop-up menu.

5. Click as required based on your line style selection.

If you selected Closed Point to Point, press <End> to close the line. Rectangles will be closed when you enter the final point.

The new defined area will be added to the project boundaries.
