Tool | CZMIL > 08 - Filter CZMIL Points (Tools window) |
The Filter CZMIL Points process model is used to reject points in CZMIL CPF data. Points are flagged based on their noise confidence value. Rejecting data with the filter process changes various attribute values for the points, including the Optech Status and Filter Reason.
Before this process can be run, the Classify CZMIL Noise process must be run on the dataset to assign noise confidence values to the data.

The options in this process model include:

Option | Description |
|---|---|
Survey File | The name and location of the survey file containing the survey lines of CZMIL data. If a survey file is open in the application, a drop-down list is also provided for this option. The drop-down list allows a survey layer open in the application or the current selection (if a survey line is selected) to be used as the input survey. 1. Click the browse button (...) to launch an Open file dialog box. 2. Navigate to the relevant file. 3. Click Open. |
Noise Confidence Filter Tolerance | The filter tolerance that will be used to determine whether or not points in the subset will be marked as rejected. Points with a noise confidence value greater than the specified tolerance will be flagged as rejected. 1. Type a value in the field. |
Include Rejected | Enable this option to include points that have already been filtered out of the dataset based on their noise classification. Previously rejected points that have a noise confidence value less than the specified threshold will have their status reset from rejected. 1. Click the check box to enable this option. |
Log process information | Create a log file containing the options specified when the process was run. The location of the log file is determined by the Logs setting in Tools > Options > Files and Folders. 1. Click the check box to enable this option. |
