For a local license, there are different methods of revocation available based on the network access of the computer using the license.
• If the computer has internet access, an automatic revocation can be performed online. This is the recommended revocation method, if available. See Online Revocation for information on this process.
• If the computer does not have internet access, a manual revocation must be performed. See Offline Revocation for information on this process.
Once revocation is completed, the EID associated with the license can be used to activate the revoked products on another computer. See License Activation for information on this process.
