Create Product from S-100 Dataset

Create a stand-alone product from an S-100 dataset. The S-100 dataset must belong to a schema dedicated to S-100 data.

A stand-alone product does not retain any connection to its source dataset. You cannot update a stand-alone product from source.

This uses the Create S-100 Product Wizard. Mandatory fields are shaded red. When values are added, the fields turn green.

Procedure

1. Select the Create S-100 Product from S-100 Dataset command.

A file open dialog box is displayed.

2. Select an S-100 dataset and click Open.

The Select Catalogue dialog box is displayed.

3. Select the appropriate S-100 catalogue.

The Create S-100 Product Wizard is displayed.

4. Enter the necessary information in all the wizard dialog boxes.

The new product is created.
