Save a feature layer to a HOB or H2O file. The format of the file will depend on the catalogue of the layer being saved.

This command is only available if a feature layer exists and if it contains data.

2. Select the Save Active Layer command.

If this is the first time the layer has been saved, a Save As dialog box is displayed.

3. Select a path and file name for the file and click Save.
