Description
The CreateHIPSVesselFile process creates a HIPS Vessel file(s) from the settings stored in the raw data files converted into HIPS data.
Inputs
One or more HIPS track lines (raw data converted into HIPS data).
Outputs
A new vessel file or an updated HIPS file.
