Only the sub-agency with the highest values can be edited. For example, if you have three sub-agencies with values of 1 to 2000, 2001 to 10 000, and 10 001 to 50 000, only the third agency can be edited.
You must change the default maximum value of the End Division (65534) to a smaller value before you can create new entries.
1. Select a sub-agency from the list.
2. Click Edit.
The Sub-Agency Entry dialog box is displayed.
3. Edit the Name, End Division, or both, as necessary.
4. Click OK.
