Enlarge a selected area in the Display window.
If the Constant Zoom option is enabled, the Zoom Area command remains active after use and you can zoom in again. If the Constant Zoom option is not enabled, the Zoom Area command ends and the Select by Range command becomes active. See Options for details.

Procedure
1. Select the Zoom Area command.
The cursor changes ( 
).
2. Press and hold the mouse button and drag diagonally across the Display window.
A rectangle is displayed as you drag.
The area you dragged is enlarged to fill the Display window.
