Validate Catalogue

Validate (Object Browser)

Check that all associations and entries in a catalogue are correct. A catalogue containing errors cannot be published.

Procedure

1. Select a catalogue layer.

2. Select the Validate Catalogue command.

The validation process is run on the catalogue. The results are shown in the Output window.

• If the catalogue is valid, a message tells you that the validation is correct.

• If the catalogue contains errors, click a hyperlink to display the Properties tab where the error is located. Warnings should also be corrected, but a catalogue can be published and set to active with uncorrected warnings.
