Classification files control the values available in the application when assigning classification values to features based on their location relative to reference model surfaces. For each category that you want available as a classification, you can define a name, description and severity. Different files can be created for different data types. Two classification files are provided:
• shoal_classifications.xml: This file controls the options available for classifying shoal boxes through the Classify Boxes tool. See Classify Boxes for more information on this tool.
• roadwork_classifications.xml: This file is an example of how partitions can be classified in a surface of a reference model template. See Classification Settings for more information on defining classifications in EAM.
