The Warp Coverage command can be used to transform a point cloud to a new horizontal coordinate system in the output coverage.
1. Open the point cloud you want to adjust.
2. Select the point cloud in the Layers window.
3. Select the Warp command.

In the Warp Coverage dialog box,
4. Set the primary band by activating the radio button in the * column.
5. Select the Include check box for the attributes to be included in the output point cloud.
6. Click Browse (...) for the Horizontal field, and select a new coordinate system from the Output Coordinate System dialog box.
7. [Optional] Select a vertical coordinate system from the list, to designate it for the CSAR metadata.
8. Click Browse (...) for the Output coverage field to define the name and location for the transformed point cloud.
9. Click OK.
The Display will be refreshed to show the warped point cloud.
