Delete Database Objects

Menu

Edit > Delete > Superselection/Selection

Pop-up

Delete > Superselection/Selection (Selection window)

The Delete command can be used to delete objects from a database. Doing this will move the deleted object to the Recycle Bin layer. From here it will need to be deleted again to be completely removed from the database. For more information on this process, see Database Recycle Bin.

Deleting an object adds an entry to the database log identifying the object that was deleted, when it was deleted and who performed the deletion.

Deleted database objects can be recovered using the Restore Selection command in the Recycle Bin layer. See Restore Objects to the Database for more information.
