Support files tell the BASE Editor application how to interpret data, where to find and save data and the options that are available for certain fields in the tools. By default, these files are located in the System directory of the application and its sub‑folders. Certain files can be customized to your data, so it is important to know the content and purpose of these files. A number of the support files are explained in this topic.
