Rules
The following rules are for NGA sounding rounding:
• For 31.0 metres or greater, if the decimal part is 0.78, round to the greater whole unit.
• For 21 to 30 metres, if the decimal part is 0.28, round up by 0.5; if the decimal part is 0.78, round up to the next whole unit.
• For 20 metres or less, if the decimal part is 0.078, round up to 0.1.
