Copy features in a source layer to a destination layer.
Any features within a selected area will be extracted to the destination layer.
You must have a destination layer. This can be an existing feature layer or a new layer.
If your source data does not contain an area that can be used to identify features to be extracted, it is recommended that you create the area on the new layer. Only features from the selected layer within the extents of the area feature will be extracted.
