Features
Geographic features and metaobjects can be digitized using the standard HPD digitizing tools in Paper Chart Editor. For more information on digitizing, see Create Features.
Attributes
Geographic attributes are set as read-only. If needed, read/write access to attributes can be set by running the PCEGeographicAttsNotReadOnly.sql script. Note that running the script affects all charts in HPD. For more information on this script, see Oracle Scripts.
