Template groups are folders that contain new or modified palette features.

Procedure

1. Select the Create Template Groups command.

A new template group folder is displayed.

Rename the group as follows:

2. Right-click on the folder and select Rename from the pop-up menu.

3. Type a new name.

To add features to the group:

4. Double-click to access the group.

You can add features using one of the following methods:

• Load a feature in a layer.

• Create a new feature.

• Copy and paste a feature from a catalogue folder.

It is possible to have multiple groups in a palette. To navigate between folders use the following tools:

Use the Save Feature Palette As command to save the template group. It is saved with the extension .fpal.
