Display the boundaries of completed direct projects. Only direct projects with boundaries can be selected.

Procedure
1. Select a layer.
2. Select the Completed Project Boundaries command.
A Project Boundaries layer is added to the Layers window.
3. Make the Completed Project Boundaries layer visible.
4. Refresh the Display window.
The boundaries are displayed.
