Menu | Raster > Burn Selection as Patch to Raster Layers |
Burn selected features on the Panel data layer as a block of features to the Proposed raster layer.
This command accomplishes the tasks:
• erases detail where it is covered by the patch
• adds new detail.
This command performs a function similar to pasting a patch or a block correction over an area of older chart details with an area of newer chart details.
If the raster layer is resized, close the chart then reopen it before burning features. |

Procedure
1. In the Layers window, select the Panel data layer.
2. Select the features to burn.
3. Select the Burn Selection as Patch to Raster Layers command.
A message box is displayed.
4. To finish, click OK.
